Vipers endured yet another frustrating outing after falling to Simba SC in the CAF Champions League on Tuesday at the Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium.

On the other hand, the hosts created several chances and could have won by a better margin but Alffed Mudekereza was outstanding in Vipers goal.
Towards the end of the game Nigerian forward Abubakar Lawal had a good chance to find a late equaliser but his back heel attempt was easily collected by goalie Aisha Manula.
The result means Vipers are bottom of Group C with just a point in four games.
